The Western Region Roundup was held in Silverdale, WA, from April 10 – 13, 2024, hosted by the USSVI Bremerton Base. Thanks to the Bremerton Base for making this Western Region Roundup such an enjoyable time.
Perch Base members attending the Roundup were Don & Marcia Unser, Carl Miner, Don Petty and Dan Marks.

Some of the activities included tours of the USS Nebraska (SSBN-739), the Trident Training Facility, and the US Naval Undersea Museum.
We also had a Tolling of the Boats ceremony at the USS Woodrow Wilson (SSBN-627) memorial at Deterrent Park. We participated in the Submarine Dolphin pinning ceremony for a USS Kentucky (SSBN-737) sailor, two luncheons and a banquet dinner featuring keynote speaker Lieutenant Commander Amber Cowan, Executive Officer, U.S.S. Kentucky, (SSBN-737). We also had a "Submarine Movie Night," live and silent auctions, and numerous workshops and presentations.
