Chief Randy Trouerbach, RMC(SS) USN (Ret.) passed on to Eternal Patrol on October 13, 2022.
Chief Trouerbach served aboard the USS Lafayette, SSBN-616. Chief Randy was not a Perch Base member, but joined the Navy during the Vietnam war and served during the Gulf wars. Starting as a radioman on the Lafayette from 1971 to 1975, he moved up in rank to Chief Petty Officer.

Services with Military Honors were held on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 2:30 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.

The U.S. Navy Honor Guard Team Leader presented the folded flag to Chief Randy's sister, Ingrid, on behalf of the President of the United States, the United States Navy, and a grateful nation.

George Woods then presented the Eternal Patrol Certificate to Chief Randy's sister, Ingrid, and the bell was tolled.
