Perch Base members Joe Trotter and Howard Doyle attended the Memorial Day ceremony and wreath laying by Nikki Stratton (Sponsor for USS Arizona SSN-803) at the USS Arizona Memorial Gardens at Salt River in Scottsdale, AZ, on May 31, 2021. The Salt River Indian Community’s American Legion Bushmaster’s Post 114 performed military honors at USS Arizona Memorial Gardens at Salt River including a 21 gun salute, laying of the wreath, and playing TAPS.
