Perch Base voted and installed new officers at the base meeting on March 11th. Richard Kunze was elected Base Commander and Howard Doyle was elected Vice-Commander.
The photos show the installation of Richard and Howard by our Perch Base member and Western District 1 (WD1) Commander Jim Denzien.
