Seven Perch Base Members or wives braved the cold, rain and even occasional sleet to participate in the Armed Forces Day Parade in Flagstaff on Saturday, May 16, 2015.
"The crowds were smaller but just as enthusiastic," said Base Commander Chuck Emmett. "And the weather had to be the major factor. What was a spring rain when we left Phoenix became a rather nasty storm for May by the time we got up the hill."
